We're seeking an experienced Male Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services for a 14-year-old boy with autism. The client is very strong, so we're looking for someone who is physically fit, confident, and able to safely support active behaviors while remaining calm and professional.

✅ Male RBT required
✅ Previous RBT experience is REQUIRED
✅ Experience working with children with autism is a MUST
✅ Physically fit and able to safely support an active client
✅ Patient, dependable, energetic, and compassionate

About this role
OOS Management Corp. is hiring a male RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy for a 14-year-old nonverbal boy with autism in Forest Hills, Queens. The role runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, starting mid-September. This is hands-on, one-on-one work where you'll implement behavior intervention strategies in the client's home environment while supporting active behaviors safely and professionally.
The position requires an active RBT certification and prior experience working with autistic children. Because the client is physically strong and active, you'll need to be in good physical condition and comfortable managing dynamic situations while staying calm. The employer is looking for someone dependable, patient, and energetic who can work independently and communicate clearly with the clinical team.
