The role requires comfort with cold outreach to senior professionals, AI-enabled research tools, and independent execution alongside collaborative teamwork. You'll work three days in-office in New York, embedded in a team that values accountability and hands-on mentorship. The base salary is $70,000 with up to $4,000 annual bonus, plus standard benefits including 401(k) match, PTO, and professional development through LinkedIn Learning.
