Description
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, client-facing GTM and operations professional to report directly to Safari AI's Head of GTM Strategy and manage a meaningful part of the Go To Market sales motion and business operations. You’ll also have the opportunity to iterate on existing and create new AI agents to automate the execution of mission-critical day-to-day work, setting the company up for scale and support the company’s most pressing strategic initiatives to help grow the business.
This role is likely a 12-month remit, whereby a successful hire will be asked to 'choose their own adventure' in a new, full-time role in a GTM group such as Sales, Growth Marketing, Partnerships/Biz Dev, Product or Client Success.
What you will be Leading
- Pair up with the Head of GTM Strategy to enable and scale up sales and partnerships (to be clear: this is not a sales position)
- Upgrading, iteration and creation of existing and new AI agents - in partnership with our Eng. team - to automate and improve the quality of our Marketing, Sales, and Client Success engagement
- Manage our CRM, revenue reporting and other sales KPI's
- Lead essential business operations functions, including but not limited to Finance, Vendor Management, Investor Relations, Auditing, and other everyday functions
- Manage the company model and budget
Requirements for the Role
- Strong professional track record demonstrating business impact and adaptability
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Management Consulting, or similar Operations / Finance / Strategy leadership position at a early- or mid-stage startup
- Desire to learn how to be an AI agent savant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bias for action with natural ability to multitask
- Eager to "eat responsibility" and not wait to be told what to do
- Desire to work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates in the office
Why bet on Computer Vision and Safari AI?
- Huge opportunity hiding in plain sight: leveraging already-installed cameras to automate and real-time action on operational data
- Already the market leader in enterprise CV by working with industry leaders with billions in revenue
- Large chasm between customer knowledge and market availability, i.e. customers don't know what is available in the market...yet.
- Early leader in computer vision; everyone is small and unbranded (i.e. no Amazon or Google in the room to compete with)
- Very modular, allowing Safari AI and its customers to invent whole new use cases on a regular basis
- Developed the tech and data pipelines over three years and invested several million dollars and is now ready to scale
About this role
Safari AI is scaling its go-to-market operations and needs a hands-on professional to work directly with the Head of GTM Strategy in their Miami office. You'd own a meaningful portion of the sales motion and business operations—managing CRM and revenue reporting, leading finance and vendor management, and supporting the company's core strategic initiatives. Beyond traditional operations work, you'd also partner with the engineering team to build and iterate AI agents that automate marketing, sales, and client success workflows, helping the company prepare for growth.
This role suits someone with 2+ years in finance, management consulting, or operations at an early- to mid-stage startup who thrives on ownership and variety. You should be analytical and organized, comfortable multitasking across different functions, and genuinely interested in learning how AI agents can solve real business problems. The expectation is in-office collaboration in Coconut Grove; this is positioned as a 12-month opportunity with the possibility of transitioning into a specialized GTM role (Sales, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, Product, or Client Success) based on performance and interest.
