Responsibilities:

You will lead the planning, governance, and delivery readiness of large-scale capital projects from concept through construction execution. You will be responsible for establishing robust project controls frameworks, driving pre-construction planning excellence, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, and aligned with business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end pre-construction planning activities for large-scale capital projects, ensuring projects are fully defined, resourced, and ready for execution.
• Establish and maintain enterprise-level project controls standards, systems, tools, and processes across the project portfolio.
• Own project timeline development and execution tracking from concept through project completion.
• Develop and implement integrated project delivery strategies, including delivery scope, schedule, risk, and resource plans.
• Establish project execution plans, monitor stage-gate processes, readiness assessments, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with Development, Design & Engineering, and Construction teams to review constructability, phasing, packaging, and execution strategies.
• Oversee development and management of integrated master schedules covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Lead project cost planning, forecasting, change management, earned value management, and performance reporting.
• Monitor critical path activities and proactively identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation measures.
• Lead recovery planning and acceleration strategies to maintain project delivery commitments.
• Conduct schedule health assessments and delivery readiness reviews across ongoing and future projects.
• Ensure integration of contractor, consultant, vendor, and client schedules into a unified project execution framework.
• Act as senior point of contact for project controls and pre-construction delivery matters.
• Lead and mentor teams of planners, schedulers, project controls managers, and delivery professionals.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in project controls, project management, construction management, or capital project delivery.
• Minimum 8+ years of leadership experience managing project controls and pre-construction functions for large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering complex infrastructure, data centers, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong expertise in project scheduling, risk management, and project governance.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with project controls and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, or equivalent systems.
• Experience leading projects for multi-billion-dollar capital programs.
• Advanced knowledge of EPC/EPCM, Design-Build, and Integrated Delivery models.
