How will you make an impact?
- Reporting transformation: Drive continuous improvement of finance processes through automation, standardisation and enhanced controls
- Team leadership: Lead, coach and mentor a team of six, building a high-performing, capable and technically sound finance team
- Financial reporting and consolidation: Own the group's global financial reporting and consolidation process, including preparation and sign-off of financial statements and accurate, timely statutory and management reporting
- Executive and board reporting: Own on-time, in-full delivery of the monthly CFO report, financial review packs, ad-hoc reporting, and executive and board-level financial materials
- FP&A leadership: Lead the quarterly forecast cycle and annual budgeting processes, providing forward-looking, commercially grounded analysis and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making
The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:
- Financial orchestrator: You excel at translating complex financial data into compelling strategic narratives that drive business decisions, with insights that consistently lead to measurable business improvements
- Strategic partner: You build trusted relationships with business leaders, positioning yourself as an indispensable advisor who balances financial discipline with business growth objectives

- Qualified and experienced: You're a qualified accountant (CA/CPA/CIMA, MBA or equivalent) with 10+ years' post-qualification experience across group reporting, FP&A, financial operations and finance transformation
- Global operator: You have experience operating within a complex global organisation, building trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones and geographies
Remember – you might not tick all the boxes, but don’t let that from stopping you applying. We’re more interested in how you work, your ability to solve problems and think big.
