About this role
Netskope is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead new business development across Victoria, focusing on enterprise organisations with 5,000+ employees and government entities. This is a territory ownership role where you'll prospect, qualify, and close deals independently while managing a portfolio of strategic accounts. You'll be expected to exceed revenue targets, maintain disciplined pipeline forecasting, and work at the Economic Buyer level, supported by the company's sales engineering and customer success teams.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years selling cybersecurity and networking technologies—proxies, firewalls, VPNs, DLP, and related solutions—with a proven ability to exceed quota consistently. You'll need deep familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and champion-based selling, plus existing relationships with resellers and customers across the Southern region. Experience at competing SASE or security vendors, combined with a track record in government procurement, is strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree and Melbourne residency are required.
This role suits a self-directed sales professional with established credibility in the local enterprise and public sector market who thrives on territory ownership and wants to build market share for a NASDAQ-listed security leader.
