What you’ll do:
- Explore and conceptualise design solutions. Develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and creative brief.
- As part of our creative team, support Design Directors and fellow Designers to come up with innovative creative solutions that support project goals.
- Evaluate design options, develop and represent design thinking to integrate brand messaging, colour, imagery, type, and composition into deliverables.
- Partner and interact with internal teams and clients to showcase your passion for creative excellence, branding, packaging, and visual communication.
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience with branding and packaging in a similar role within a brand/design agency
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with clients.
- A solutions-driven outlook, fuelled by curiosity and an innovative mind.

About this role
Landor's Mumbai studio is seeking an Artworker to develop visual design solutions within a strategic branding practice. You'll work alongside Design Directors and fellow designers to translate creative briefs into cohesive brand deliverables, handling everything from concept exploration through to final execution. The role involves synthesizing design strategy with practical elements—colour, typography, imagery, and composition—while collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure creative work aligns with project objectives.
To succeed, you'll need hands-on experience in branding and packaging design from a design or brand agency background, paired with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Beyond technical skills, you should be a clear communicator comfortable presenting design thinking to clients, and bring a solutions-focused, curious mindset to problem-solving. The position is based in-office in Mumbai, with a hybrid arrangement of approximately four days per week on-site.
