Summary:
Norm's Doors of Omaha, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking motivated Residential Technicians and Installers. This role is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined and have experience in construction or related trades. You will be responsible for the installation and servicing of residential doors and door hardware, offering a dynamic and hands-on career opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Install or service residential garage doors and door hardware
- Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
- Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit it in a timely manner
- Operate in a safety-conscious manner while performing job duties
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED (Preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role or one that required mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record

About this role
Norm's Doors of Omaha, part of the larger DH Pace organization, is hiring Residential Technicians and Installers to handle installation and maintenance of residential garage doors and hardware in the Omaha area. This is hands-on field work suited to someone with mechanical ability and construction or trade experience who can safely lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and manage a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Beyond the technical work, you'll identify customer needs for additional products and services, maintain job documentation, and operate with safety as a priority.
