About this role
TIMEPROOFUSA is looking for a Senior Inside Sales Representative to work from their Dallas office supporting field sales teams closing roofing deals with homeowners. In this role, you'll join live sales calls while representatives are in customers' homes, take the lead on conversations, handle objections in real time, and help move deals toward close. You'll also coach field reps through difficult moments and partner with sales leadership to refine closing strategies across the team.
This position suits someone with a track record in sales and a strong grasp of closing techniques and sales psychology. You need to think fast, communicate clearly, and stay composed under pressure—the ability to influence and support others is just as important as your own closing skills. Rather than spending your day prospecting, you'll focus on converting warm opportunities and developing your coaching abilities as the company grows.
The role comes with a $70,000–$80,000 base salary, full health benefits, 401(k), and PTO. You'll work in-office in Dallas and have direct visibility into how your contributions impact the team's results.
