About this role

Gruve is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to own the technical sales cycle for enterprise cybersecurity deals, translating customer security challenges into architected solutions across a broad stack including SIEM, SOAR, XDR, NDR, and managed security services. You'll lead technical discovery and design, run demos and proof-of-concepts, and build proposals and solution documentation that move deals forward. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and business—you'll need to engage both technical teams and C-suite stakeholders, partner with sales and delivery to align solutions with customer goals, and own RFP responses and competitive positioning.

The ideal candidate brings at least four years of hands-on cybersecurity pre-sales or solution architecture experience, with demonstrated expertise across the security tools and services mentioned above. You should have solid networking fundamentals, a track record of designing architectures and running workshops, and the ability to guide customers through security transformation strategy. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP, Security+, or OEM credentials) and prior experience at MSSPs, consulting firms, or with OEM pre-sales teams are valued. This is an in-office role based in Mumbai, suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic early-stage environment and wants to directly influence deal outcomes and revenue growth.
