About this role

Connections Health Solutions operates a crisis-focused behavioral health model founded by emergency psychiatrists, and this telehealth position places you at the clinical center of that work. You'd provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, risk assessment, and crisis intervention to both youth and adults entirely through secure video and phone platforms, with occasional coordination through local centers. The role demands you serve as the attending clinician—completing initial assessments, writing orders, ordering labs, documenting progress, and guiding treatment planning—while maintaining the clinical standards and regulatory compliance required across multiple states.

This is a part-time remote position suited to an NP or PA comfortable working independently in crisis settings and managing complex cases. You'd collaborate with on-site clinical teams, supervise other practitioners, participate in quality improvement activities, and escalate complicated situations to medical leadership as needed. The work includes family interventions, involuntary evaluation coordination with legal systems, and active participation in medical staff meetings. Reliable availability during your assigned shifts and strong documentation discipline are essential.

The salary is $90,000 annually. This role fits someone drawn to immediate-impact crisis care who prefers telehealth delivery and values working within a physician-led, data-driven organization with a track record recognized by SAMHSA and the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
