About this role

Astrodyne TDI seeks an experienced Key Account Manager to lead sales growth in the semiconductor capital equipment market across the West Coast. You'll own the go-to-market strategy for a defined set of target accounts—primarily ASML, ASM, KLA, and Intel—leveraging existing relationships to drive design-ins and expand Astrodyne's footprint. The role starts with selling the company's standard power supplies, filters, and transformers, but evolves into positioning Astrodyne as a full technical partner for integrated power solutions including RF filtering, energy storage, and specialized e-Chuck supplies.

Your responsibilities span the full account lifecycle: developing business plans, negotiating contracts and pricing, coordinating with field application engineers and internal teams on proposals, managing customer satisfaction, and building senior-level relationships across target OEM engineering centers. You'll maintain forecasts and budgets, conduct quarterly business reviews, and drive the sales pipeline through trade shows, referrals, and direct outreach. While based from a home office within driving distance of key customers, expect roughly 30 percent overnight travel weekly plus additional out-of-region trips as needed.

This position requires a minimum of five years in the semiconductor capital equipment territory with an established network of contacts. A bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred, along with direct experience in power supplies, EMI filters, or transformers. You must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder, able to travel extensively, and comfortable influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. The salary range is $180,000 to $210,000.
