About this role

Morgan & Morgan is looking for a Strategic Reporting Analyst who will serve as a data partner to senior leadership rather than a traditional report-builder. You'll translate complex business questions into structured analyses, design scalable Power BI dashboards connected to Salesforce data, and develop compelling narratives that drive executive decision-making on strategy and investment. The role demands strong technical skills—advanced Power BI proficiency, complex SQL queries, and data modeling—paired with the ability to communicate insights clearly to C-suite audiences.

This position suits someone with at least four years of analytics or business intelligence experience who can work independently, anticipate problems, and take ownership of long-term reporting solutions. You'll need a bachelor's degree in a related field and hands-on expertise in Salesforce and Power BI; legal industry experience is a bonus but not required. The role is based in Atlanta (with offices also in Tampa and Brooklyn) and requires in-office work.

The position offers a salary of $95,000 to $110,000 annually, along with standard full-time benefits including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
