About this role
Go Outdoors is looking for a Store Colleague to join their Gateshead location, where you'll be at the front line of delivering the customer experience that defines the retailer. The role centers on engaging customers through Go Outdoors' service model, maintaining product knowledge across outdoor categories like walking, camping, cycling, and fishing, and upholding store standards that support the company's aim to become the nation's favourite outdoor retailer. You'll also contribute to a safe, compliant environment for both colleagues and customers.
