About this role
Capco is seeking an experienced project or program manager to support senior leadership across banking and financial services engagements. With 10+ years behind you, you'd own the full scope of project planning, stakeholder management, and benefits realization while coordinating dependencies across multiple workstreams. This is largely independent work—you'll be expected to operate with minimal oversight and bring strategic thinking to how initiatives are sequenced and communicated at the executive level.
The role draws on a broad skill set: financial management and budget planning, change management, program governance, and the ability to tell a compelling story to senior audiences. You'd be working on transformation projects for major banks, insurers, and payment providers across Capco's global footprint, so depth in the financial services domain is essential. The position is based in Mumbai and requires in-office presence.
