We believe that advancements in smart infrastructure are critical to enabling a safer and more efficient future for logistics.  Our loading dock sensor platform verifies all incoming and outgoing freight, aggregating data that enables shippers and carriers to efficiently manage dock operations, switch out suppliers and understand material flow in real time.

We care deeply about delivering the best solutions for our customers. As a member of the Kargo team, you will have the opportunity to develop and deploy tomorrow’s hardware & software solutions and help revolutionize logistics.

About this role

Kargo is building sensor technology to connect the physical logistics world with digital management systems, and they're looking for a Content Marketer to tell that story across multiple channels. You'd own the full content strategy—from developing messaging and copywriting to managing distribution across email, social, website, and campaigns. The work spans diverse formats: case studies, blog posts, sales collateral, webinar scripts, landing pages, and newsletters, with an emphasis on capturing customer success stories and maintaining a library of marketing materials that support the sales team.

The role calls for at least two years of content marketing or copywriting experience, strong writing and storytelling ability (particularly the skill of making complex technical concepts accessible), and comfort working under tight deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities. You'll need a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or equivalent experience. This is an in-office position in San Francisco, suited to someone who can think creatively, track campaign performance to optimize messaging, and work collaboratively across teams to scale how Kargo reaches its audience.
