About this role
Compass Health Center is building its evening group therapy program and needs clinicians who can facilitate evidence-based groups for young patients in crisis. You'd spend most of your time leading DBT, CBT, and ACT-focused groups for ages 8–14, while also handling crisis intervention, treatment planning, family phone coaching, and support across the clinical team. The role requires flexibility to respond to program needs across Monday through Friday evenings (12:00–8:00 PM), with occasional individual patient support and participation in discharge planning as needed.
This position suits clinicians with a Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related field, plus at least one year of post-Master's clinical experience or a relevant internship. You'll need licensure (LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, MSW, AMFT, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD preferred) and solid grounding in both CBT and DBT. Experience working with high-acuity, crisis-level populations is essential—this is intermediate-level care that fills the gap between outpatient and inpatient settings.
The part-time position offers $47,000–$65,000 depending on experience and credentials. Compass provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k matching, generous PTO with competitive parental leave after one year, and ongoing CEU training. The North Center office includes team social events on a rooftop space, and the organization emphasizes cultural humility, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
