About this role
Wasabi Technologies, a fast-growing cloud storage company, is building out its operations team in Kosovo with a Supply Chain Manager focused on commodity management for hardware and technology components. You'd own sourcing and supplier strategies across storage systems, servers, networking equipment, and related hardware—the backbone of their infrastructure. This means developing category strategies, negotiating with suppliers, tracking performance metrics, and staying ahead of market trends and capacity constraints to keep costs down and supply flowing reliably.
The role demands someone with at least three years in technology or hardware supply chain work, comfortable managing multiple commodity categories and the complexity that comes with them. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams on everything from new product launches to long-term planning, and drive cost savings through supplier optimization and process improvements. Travel of 10–20% domestically and internationally is expected, and you'll need to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where adaptability matters as much as execution.
This is a contract position requiring you to be based in Kosovo, with strong English communication skills essential. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field is required.
