About this role
At CHAOS Industries, this warehouse supervisor role sits at the operational heart of a defense technology company scaling rapidly across multiple manufacturing sites. You'd own end-to-end warehouse operations—from receiving and inventory control through material flow and shipping—while managing a team of receiving clerks, inventory specialists, and material handlers. The position demands someone who can enforce disciplined processes, drive inventory accuracy through ERP transaction management and cycle counting, and identify bottlenecks that slow production. You'll also be expected to build scalable systems and support warehouse expansion as the company grows.
This role suits someone with at least six years of hands-on warehouse or inventory experience in manufacturing, plus two years leading warehouse teams. You need solid grounding in inventory control principles, ERP systems, and the ability to manage operations across multiple facilities simultaneously. Experience in aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing is preferred and would give you immediate context for the company's environment. Lean principles, warehouse management systems, and a track record of improving inventory accuracy are all valuable.
The position offers a $80,000–$110,000 base salary, full company-paid medical/dental/vision coverage, 401k matching, stock options, and perks including free daily lunch and unlimited PTO. You'd be working in-office at the El Segundo location for a 350-person company preparing for IPO.
