What You'll Do as a Brand Ambassador:
- Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments at various events, trade shows, and retail locations
- Engage actively with potential clients, understand their flooring needs, inform them about our product offerings, address concerns and objections, and schedule appointments for free in-home consultations
- Achieve and surpass your goals during each shift
- Attend team meetings to enhance your skills as an event professional
- Set up and dismantle event booths as required
What We're Looking for in a Brand Ambassador:
- A people person who enjoys initiating conversations and meeting new individuals
- High Energy and Strong face to face communication skills are a must!
- Motivated to help build the Express Flooring brand!
- Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends
- Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
- Reliable transportation
- A confident team player who can work independently
- Preferred, but not required: 1+ years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience

Express Flooring is hiring Field Brand Ambassadors to represent the company at events, trade shows, and retail locations across San Diego. In this part-time role, you'll be the public face of the brand—engaging potential customers, understanding their flooring needs, addressing questions, and scheduling free in-home consultations. The position rewards high performers with an uncapped commission structure, meaning your earnings grow directly with the number of qualified appointments you set.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. You'll need strong face-to-face communication skills, the ability to stand for 4–6 hours during shifts, reliable transportation, and availability for both weekday and weekend events. While prior sales, customer service, or marketing experience is preferred, it's not required. You'll also handle booth setup and teardown as needed and attend team meetings to sharpen your skills.
The base pay is $19–$20 per hour, with the real earning potential coming through commission.
