About this role
Monster Energy's Production Clerk role in Phoenix centers on managing the flow of materials and data through a beverage production facility on the second shift. You'll handle the practical side of production operations—staging raw materials, pulling ingredients for the batch team, managing inventory in SAP, and ensuring accurate record-keeping throughout each production run. The work involves both hands-on tasks like physically organizing materials and warehouse coordination, alongside data entry and verification to keep production records aligned with actual consumption and output.
The position suits someone with solid computer fundamentals and ideally some exposure to SAP or similar enterprise systems. While a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field is preferred, the role emphasizes practical competence: attention to detail with numbers, the ability to follow procedures consistently, and willingness to flag problems early rather than let discrepancies compound. You'd be expected to take ownership of inventory accuracy and material flow, not just execute tasks but think about how things could work better.
At $15–$19 per hour depending on your background, this is an entry-to-mid-level operations role that could suit someone building experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing environments, or someone transitioning into a structured data and inventory role within a large consumer goods company.
