About this role

Mitsogo's Hexnode division is seeking a Presales Implementation Engineer to bridge technical expertise and customer needs in the cybersecurity space. You'd work across sales and technical teams to understand what clients require, demonstrate how Hexnode's MDM, RMM, and patch management solutions address those needs, and guide implementations from presales through deployment. This means conducting product demos and POCs, designing tailored security solutions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping customers satisfied throughout the process.

The role demands 4–8 years of hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management, Remote Monitoring and Management, or Patch Management tools—ideally platforms like Intune, AirWatch, Kaseya, or ConnectWise. You'll need to translate technical security concepts for non-technical audiences, manage customer expectations under pressure, and stay current with cybersecurity trends. A Computer Science or IT degree is preferred, and relevant certifications like Security+ or CISSP are valued.

This is an in-office position in the Philippines, suited to someone who combines deep technical knowledge of device and endpoint security with the communication skills to sell and implement solutions effectively.
