About this role
Harbor's Corporate Legal Technology Solutions team is looking for an Associate Consultant to support software implementations for legal clients. You'll handle the full lifecycle of client projects—from understanding their business processes and configuring solutions like Salesforce, Litify, and Agiloft, to troubleshooting issues and coordinating between technical teams and customers. The role requires you to translate between technical capabilities and business needs while contributing to documentation, training materials, and process improvements.
You should have a degree in a quantitative or technical field (Finance, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Data & Analytics, or similar) and a solid grasp of implementation methodology—requirements analysis through testing and change management. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as is comfort working across both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Technical proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, APIs, or XML is advantageous but not required; core competencies in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools matter more immediately.
