About this role

Impact.com's partnership management platform serves enterprise brands globally, and this role sits at the intersection of compliance, integration, and tax governance for a rapidly scaling SaaS business. You'd own statutory financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions, lead the financial integration of newly acquired entities, and manage tax accounting and transfer pricing compliance. The work spans preparing statutory statements, coordinating external audits, streamlining redundant corporate entities, and ensuring consistent application of accounting policies across the organization.

This is a technical accounting leadership position that demands both depth and breadth. You'll need strong expertise in IFRS and local statutory requirements, proven experience managing audit relationships and multi-entity reporting, and the project management capability to shepherd acquisitions through finance integration. The role expects you to lead a small team, collaborate across global finance, legal, tax, and operations functions, and handle ad hoc priorities as the business evolves. A CA(SA), CPA, or equivalent qualification is preferred, with at least three years of post-articles experience and demonstrated success integrating acquired businesses.

The position is based in Cape Town and requires in-office attendance. It suits someone who combines technical accounting rigor with the ability to drive process improvements and work effectively across complex, matrixed organizations.
