A key role that contributes to the seamless running of each store is Store Leader. They are the dependable go-to who can be counted on to support the day-to-day operations of the upcoming Jonsson Workwear Paarl. Through their comprehensive understanding of the store’s processes, they are equipped to support the team in maintaining an efficient store, ensuring a brilliant customer experience.
The Store Leader role requires a results-driven individual with experience in supporting a team across a range of roles, someone who takes initiative and is comfortable delegating and driving accountability.
The ideal candidate for this essential role will be required to:
- Be a go-to individual who can be relied on by the team you lead.
- Take charge of overseeing the daily operations of Jonsson Workwear Potchefstroom with precision and grace under pressure.
- Support, inspire and guide a motivated team that will contribute to the store’s ongoing success.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with the Business Leader, your team and your customers.
- Consistently follow up and follow through, ensuring tasks are completed and all customer queries are promptly resolved.

Jonsson Workwear is opening a new store in Paarl and seeking a Store Leader to anchor its daily operations. This role sits at the center of the store's functioning—you'll oversee processes, lead and support a team across multiple positions, and ensure customers receive the elevated service experience the brand is known for. The work demands someone who thrives under pressure, takes initiative without constant direction, and can delegate effectively while holding the team accountable to results.
Success in this position hinges on strong interpersonal skills and reliability. You'll communicate regularly with the Business Leader, your team, and customers, following through on commitments and resolving queries promptly. The ideal candidate combines operational precision with the ability to inspire and guide others, bringing a results-driven mindset to a role that requires both hands-on problem-solving and strategic team leadership. This is an in-office position based in Paarl, Western Cape.
