SUMMARY
Coordinate daily activities of workers concerned with the receiving, replenishing, picking, processing, and packing customer orders.   Weekend Shift Saturday, Sunday, Monday 6 am - 6:45 pm (12-hour shift, 36 hour work week).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist department supervisor by identifying work procedures in a priority manner and expedite workflow.
Ability to prioritize workflow and communicate goals and deadlines to team members
Issue written and oral instructions.
Must be able to recognize sensitive business and personnel issues and communicate properly to supervision.
Help to improve efficiency of workers.
Help with training employees on work processes.
Monitor employees productivity, efficiency and accuracy of all processes.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written instruction.
Ability to present information and respond to questions from leadership.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Understanding of warehouse operations and product flow
Adaptability to new technology and processes
Outstanding communication skills
Attention to detail
Training experience
Ability to work autonomously and resolve issues within team using company policy
Ability to lead assigned team reporting directly to warehouse leadership
Ability to partner with peer management to drive resolution of issues

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position requires the normal demands of any job, such as sitting, standing, reaching with arms and hands, walking, talking and hearing.
