About this role
Groww is seeking an experienced portfolio advisor to work with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices, designing and managing sophisticated multi-asset strategies. In this role, you'll construct bespoke portfolios across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, and structured products, while addressing complex client needs around succession planning, tax optimization, and estate management. You'll also review and restructure existing portfolios to close allocation and deployment gaps, monitor performance continuously, and recommend rebalancing as markets shift.
This is a role for someone with at least three years of wealth advisory experience at the UHNI level, backed by strong technical knowledge of structured products, global investments, and advanced tax and regulatory frameworks. A CFA, CA, or MBA in Finance is preferred. Beyond credentials, you'll need genuine consultative skills and the ability to engage deeply with high-complexity clients. You'll also partner closely with relationship teams on the firm's largest and most intricate accounts, serving as a strategic advisor on portfolio matters.
The position is based in Mumbai and requires in-office presence. Groww's culture emphasizes customer obsession, ownership, and transparency—values that extend to how the firm approaches wealth advisory for its most demanding clients.
