About this role
Archipelago is an AI-driven platform transforming how commercial property and casualty insurance brokers manage risk and data. As a Customer Account Executive, you'd own the full sales cycle for new logos within this fast-growing market, targeting brokers and their clients who collectively manage over $8 billion in commercial property. This means prospecting, discovery, running pilots, closing deals, and building long-term relationships—all while working closely with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams to turn market feedback into wins.
The role demands 2–5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally with prior exposure to the insurance sector. You'll need to balance consultative problem-solving with a results-driven mindset, hitting quota through strategic pipeline building and expert demos. Travel is required, and you must be based in or willing to relocate to either New York City or San Francisco to collaborate in-person with your team. The position offers a base salary of $110,000–$150,000 plus incentive compensation, equity, standard health benefits, and flexible time off.
This is a fit for someone who thrives in complex B2B sales, enjoys working within a structured team environment, and has the self-direction to manage ambiguous territory. If you have insurance domain knowledge and a track record closing enterprise deals, this role offers clear growth potential at a well-funded, mission-driven company.
