Job Description:

Responsible for research and coverage of high end investment products, this role ensures the firm maintains a live universe of curated investment ideas, supported by data, rationales, and manager intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track new product launches across MF, PMS, AIFs, Structured Products.
  • Build and maintain a central repository of data, research, and collaterals.
  • Liaise with asset managers to form house views and provide inputs for product whitelisting.
  • Develop rationales for product approvals to the Investment Committee.
  • Maintain active touchpoints with fund managers, recording insights and updates.
  • Support Wealth Partners with product intelligence and joint calls.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2-8 years in wealth/product research.
  • Strong analytical and financial writing skills.
  • Understanding of PMS, AIF, and structured products.
  • Relationship management capability with AMCs/fund houses.
  • 2-8 years in wealth/product teams at private banks or AMCs

About this role

Groww is looking for someone to own the research and curation of high-end investment products—mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and structured products—that sit at the core of their platform. You'd build and maintain the central data repository, track new launches, develop product rationales for the Investment Committee, and work directly with asset managers to shape which products get whitelisted. The role is fundamentally about keeping the investment universe live, current, and backed by solid analysis and manager intelligence.

This is a fit if you have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in wealth or product research, ideally at a private bank or AMC. You'll need strong analytical skills, the ability to write clearly about financial products, and genuine comfort building relationships with fund houses and asset managers. The role sits in Mumbai and is in-office, so you'd be embedded in the team day-to-day, supporting both internal stakeholders and Wealth Partners with product intelligence and insights.
