The Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Attribute Sales Development Manager (SDM) to lead and scale our global SDR team across North America and EMEA. Reporting to the Director GTM, Attribute, you will be responsible for coaching, managing, and scaling a high-performing team focused on generating qualified pipeline through a heavy outbound motion.
This is a pivotal role for an agile, "startup-minded" leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will be the architect of our outbound engine, responsible for building the foundation of how we message and engage with our target personas.
Responsibilities
- Own the pipeline goals for your global team by tracking performance against weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets (meetings set, qualified opportunities, and sourced pipeline)
- Create and refine the “Gold Standard” for outbound prospecting, including developing call scripts, email sequences, and multi-channel messaging
- Coach the team on multi-threading and Account-Based (ABM) techniques to map out complex organizations and engage multiple C-suite and VP-level stakeholders within a single high-value account
- Act as a “startup-minded” leader, be ready to learn quickly, evolve strategies based on market feedback, and embrace constant change
- Lead 1:1s, call coaching sessions, and weekly training to drive messaging consistency and conversion across a team spread over EMEA and the US
- Leverage CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong) to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and enforce best practices
- Partner with Sales leadership and Marketing to ensure message-market fit and tight alignment on territory planning and “rules of engagement”
- Participate in forecasting and QBRs, contributing insights on pipeline performance and BDR-led contribution to revenue goals
- Support the hiring, onboarding, and rapid ramp-up of new BDRs as the team grows globally
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development or sales people leadership, specifically within a SaaS or Cloud environmen
- Proven success in building an outbound motion from the ground up, rather than just managing an existing one
- Expert-level skills in crafting call scripts, objection handling frameworks, and persona-based messaging
- Experience coaching reps on outbound prospecting, discovery, and objection handling
- Strong operational mindset with hands-on experience in Salesforce, Outreach, and other GTM productivity tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both training reps and communicating with executive leadership
- Data-driven and process-oriented with the ability to translate insight into action
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment
- Ability to travel for events as needed

About this role
You'd be building the outbound engine for Attribute's sales development team at a pivotal moment—the product just joined DoiT, a well-established cloud company with 4,000+ customers, and now needs to scale its go-to-market motion. As Sales Development Manager, you'd own pipeline generation for a global SDR team across North America and EMEA, reporting directly to the Director of GTM. This means setting weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets, developing the messaging and prospecting playbook from the ground up, and coaching reps on multi-threading and account-based selling into complex organizations.
The role demands someone who has built an outbound motion before—not just managed one. You'll need 2+ years in sales development or business development leadership within SaaS or cloud, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and similar tools. Beyond the operational chops, you'll craft call scripts and objection frameworks, run 1:1s and coaching sessions, and partner with sales and marketing leadership to ensure messaging lands with target personas. It's a startup-minded position that requires comfort with ambiguity, quick learning, and constant iteration based on market feedback.
The position is fully remote but restricted to the US East Coast, with occasional travel for events. DoiT offers unlimited vacation, flexible scheduling, health insurance, stock options, a home office allowance, and professional development support—structured around the idea of being a "Do'er" with autonomy and room to grow.
