Description

About the company

At Nuitée, we are building the API backbone for the global travel industry. Founded in 2017, Nuitée is on a mission to transform a fragmented travel ecosystem with simple, scalable, and API-first infrastructure—think “Stripe for Travel.”

By enabling seamless connectivity between hotels, OTAs, fintechs, super-apps, and businesses, some of which are entering the travel market for the first time, Nuitée empowers companies to deliver reliable travel products effortlessly. Our robust platform simplifies complex supplier networks, offering direct access to hotel inventory with better pricing, coverage, and technology.

With teams across the globe, including hubs in London, New York, San Francisco, Palma de Mallorca and Casablanca, Nuitée has grown into a global infrastructure provider trusted by industry leaders like Hopper, Priceline, Google, and Uber.

Now backed by leading VCs and world-class investors including leaders from Booking.com, Stripe, and Shopify, Nuitée is positioned to redefine the B2B travel market, streamline operations for hotels, and enable new applications through cutting-edge APIs.

Nuitée is at the forefront of a revolution—delivering AI-powered, smarter, and more personalized travel experiences for a new era.

The role

Nuitée is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join the team that keeps the travel experience running smoothly for travellers.

Day to day, you'll be the point of contact for the partners who rely on Nuitée's platform to book hotels through our partners: guests who need fast, reliable support to keep their operations moving. A lot of the work is steady and relationship-driven. And when things do go wrong — a booking falls apart, a disruption cascades, a case gets complex — you're the one who owns the resolution.

The role sits at the intersection of partner success and traveller experience. You're not just solving a ticket; you're making sure the chain holds together so that the person at the end of it gets where they need to go.

What makes it interesting for you

You'll work closely with customers across the region, building the kind of trust that comes from being consistently reliable, not just reactive. When escalations do land, you'll have the autonomy to coordinate across internal teams, hotels, and partners to get to resolution quickly and professionally.

You'll also contribute to how the emergency function improves over time — better processes, clearer playbooks, and support for junior team members when the pressure is on.

The kind of problems you'll work on

  • A partner is flagging a booking issue that's affecting multiple travellers. How do you coordinate a resolution across teams without losing momentum?
  • An escalation is coming in hot and a junior team member needs real-time guidance. How do you keep the standard high without slowing things down?
  • A recurring disruption pattern is creating friction for a key partner. How do you document it, flag it, and help fix it upstream?

This role fits someone who

  • Has 3–4 years of customer service experience, ideally in travel or hospitality
  • Builds trust with partners through clear communication and consistent follow-through
  • Stays sharp and decisive when situations escalate, without cutting corners
  • Is fluent in Business English and Thai — an additional Asian language is an advantage
  • Knows their way around Microsoft Office and customer service tooling
  • Is organised, detail-oriented, and takes full ownership of cases from first contact to resolution

Nuitée moves fast, keeps process light, and expects high ownership. This role suits people who enjoy building strong partner relationships, take pride in resolving complex situations well, and want to contribute to something that improves over time. It's less suited to people who prefer purely transactional work or want to stay behind the scenes.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply with your CV & LinkedIn profile — the process is straightforward and typically takes two to three weeks.

About this role

Nuitée is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support partners across Asia who rely on the platform to book hotels. You'll be the primary contact when issues arise—whether that's a booking disruption affecting multiple travellers, an escalation needing real-time coordination, or a recurring pattern that needs upstream fixing. The work is relationship-driven and steady most of the time, but when things break, you own the resolution across internal teams, hotels, and partners until it's fixed.

This role suits someone with 3–4 years of customer service experience, ideally in travel or hospitality, who communicates clearly in Business English and Thai (an additional Asian language is a plus). You'll need to stay sharp and decisive under pressure, take full ownership of cases from start to finish, and be comfortable with Microsoft Office and standard customer service tools. You'll also contribute to improving processes and supporting junior team members when the pressure is on.

The position is based in Thailand and requires in-office work. Nuitée operates with light process and high ownership expectations, so this fits people who build strong partner relationships, take pride in resolving complex situations well, and want to contribute to something that improves over time. It's less suited to those preferring purely transactional work or background roles.
