About this role

Tenon is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to configure and customize their marketing workflow platform for enterprise customers. You'd spend most of your time building Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and integrations within ServiceNow, while also handling data imports, reports, and troubleshooting during implementations and post-launch support. This role requires you to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and work closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure successful deployments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience and strong JavaScript skills, with demonstrated proficiency in the core platform components like GlideRecord, REST APIs, and UI customization. Experience with marketing technology or B2B SaaS is valued, and ServiceNow certifications (particularly CSA) strengthen your candidacy. You'll need to be comfortable in customer-facing situations, explaining technical concepts clearly, and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

This is an in-office role based in Indianapolis with a hybrid schedule option for local candidates. The salary range is $110,000–$130,000 plus equity and benefits, scaled to your experience level within the 3–5 year IT/software engineering background the role typically seeks.
