About this role
Brandon J. Broderick is actively expanding its personal injury practice in Morgantown and is looking for an experienced attorney with an established caseload to join as a part-time partner in growth. If you're a solo practitioner or small firm owner with at least a decade of PI experience and a book of business you want to bring with you, this role offers a structured way to scale without sacrificing the independence and client relationships you've built. The firm handles auto accidents, premises liability, and dog bite cases and is positioned across multiple states.
What makes this opportunity distinct is the infrastructure support: your existing caseload integrates into firm systems, back-office and marketing teams handle administrative work, and you retain flexibility around how you operate. You'd manage cases from intake through resolution, conduct legal strategy and research, collaborate with the firm's broader attorney and support team, and help establish the personal injury presence in the region. The role also invites you to leverage your network for practice growth while tapping into the firm's business development resources and participating in community engagement.
You'll need a JD, active West Virginia Bar membership in good standing, and a demonstrated track record in personal injury litigation with strong negotiation and communication skills. Compensation is determined during interviews based on experience and business needs. Part-time employees working over 30 hours weekly are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, a robust holiday schedule including summer early closures, and 401k matching.
