You'd be responsible for executing aseptic compounding in ISO-classified cleanrooms while maintaining strict adherence to USP 797/800, cGMP, and batch documentation standards. The position demands both technical skill and meticulous attention to detail: you'll operate sterilization equipment, complete batch records with traceability in mind, identify and escalate deviations, and help maintain cleanroom integrity. This isn't routine work—it directly supports safe, scalable medication production for patients across the country.

The role calls for someone with at least two years of cGMP or LEAN manufacturing experience, a Texas pharmacy technician certification, and sterile/IV compounding accreditation. You'll need to be comfortable working in controlled environments with hazardous substances, strong odors, and the physical demands of cleanroom gowning and stationary work. Beyond technical compliance, the position values continuous improvement mindset; you'll apply LEAN principles like 5S and root cause analysis to streamline workflows and reduce waste.

This is a fit for someone who takes pride in operational excellence and regulatory compliance, thrives in structured, mission-driven environments, and sees the connection between their precision work and patient outcomes.
