This role demands solid technical chops alongside trading knowledge. You'll need hands-on experience with Python, Git, Linux, and Cron, plus a track record of automating workflows and solving operational problems. The ideal candidate has spent at least three years in front, middle, back office, or risk roles working with derivatives and exchange-traded products, understands equities and derivatives fundamentals, and holds a degree in computer science, finance, economics, math, or equivalent quantitative background. You should be comfortable working independently while also interfacing regularly with senior traders and technology teams to implement solutions.
The position offers $100,000–$125,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus, along with standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and disability coverage.
