About this role

Swayable is seeking an Account Director to own relationship management and growth across its client base—a mix of Fortune 500 brands, tech companies, academic institutions, and civic organizations using the platform to measure public opinion and message impact. You'll work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Revenue Operations to identify expansion opportunities, ensure client satisfaction, and drive retention and profitability across your portfolio.

The role demands 8+ years in senior client-facing positions, typically at agencies or research firms, with proven ability to build trust with C-suite marketing leaders and translate complex data into strategic recommendations. You'll lead commercial negotiations, pitch complex solutions to enterprise clients, and demonstrate how Swayable's platform solves their specific problems. Success requires comfort with ambiguity, a willingness to operate across multiple functions, and the judgment to marshal resources where they're needed most.

This is a hybrid position based in either Williamsburg or San Francisco, requiring three days in-office weekly. Compensation ranges from $140–185K depending on experience, with full medical, dental, and vision coverage, equity options, generous PTO, and professional development support.
