ABOUT BATHHOUSE

Bathhouse is where the sauna meets the social scene. Thermal pools, steam rooms, and elite hands-on treatments — all in a sleek, high-energy space. We're the intersection of wellness and social. Equal parts sanctuary and scene.

We build spaces where anyone, with any body, can show up and feel better leaving than they arrived.

  • Collaborate with operations, housekeeping, and hospitality teams to support facility standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Apprenticeship experience in trades such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, etc.
  • ~4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or a similar role (hospitality or spa environment a plus).
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks without constant supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs and perform essential physical duties.
  • Certifications such as Certified Pool Operator, CPR, and First Aid are a plus (or willingness to obtain).

About this role

Bathhouse is looking for a hands-on Facilities Technician to maintain and repair the systems that keep their wellness space running smoothly — thermal pools, saunas, steam rooms, HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment. You'd handle routine inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work across both front-of-house and mechanical areas, responding to maintenance requests and keeping detailed work logs. The role requires you to work independently, communicate clearly with operations and housekeeping teams, and support safety protocols and emergency procedures.

This position suits someone with roughly four years of facilities maintenance experience and a background in trades like plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry. You'll need to be comfortable with hand and power tools, capable of lifting 50+ pounds, and flexible enough to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications like Certified Pool Operator or CPR are valued, though willingness to obtain them works too.

The role pays $25–$27 per hour with full-time benefits including medical, vision, and dental coverage. You'll also receive unlimited access to Bathhouse, monthly guest passes, and a 50% discount on services and dining.
