Some salient growth point highlights are as follows:

About this role
Morgan & Morgan's Nashville office is actively building its trucking litigation practice and seeking a trial attorney ready to handle catastrophic motor vehicle accident cases from inception through courtroom. You would manage a high-volume docket of plaintiff-side litigation, handling everything from pleadings and discovery through depositions, mediations, and trial. The role demands hands-on courtroom experience—the firm tried 320 cases last year and is committed to doubling that number, meaning frequent trial exposure is built into the position, not an afterthought.
This opportunity suits an attorney with existing trial experience and a Tennessee bar license who can manage complex cases independently while coordinating with expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and clients throughout the litigation process. You'll have access to the firm's litigation software and resources, and the expectation is clear: you'll be trying cases regularly. Strong writing and oral advocacy skills, combined with genuine client service ability, are essential.
The firm offers standard benefits including medical and dental coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays for full-time staff. This is an in-office role based in Nashville.
