About this role
HBK Capital Management, a $9 billion alternative investment firm with a reputation for stability and strong culture, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a senior executive in their Dallas office. This is a high-trust role that demands someone genuinely comfortable with complexity and detail—you'll manage an intricate calendar, coordinate frequent travel, prepare for meetings, and handle sensitive personal and administrative matters with complete discretion. The work spans the full spectrum of executive support, from logistics to project coordination to vendor management, all requiring independent judgment and the ability to anticipate needs before they're voiced.
The ideal candidate brings at least three years of executive support experience and the professional polish to interact confidently with senior leaders and external partners. You'll need exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the kind of attention to detail that catches what others miss. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership of seamless execution, and can handle confidential information with integrity, this role offers visibility and influence within a well-established firm known for low turnover and a supportive workplace.
