About this role

Ogilvy Social.Lab is seeking a Senior Integrated Project Manager to lead project delivery and team operations across its Cape Town office, overseeing work that spans content, media, and intelligence for international clients. This is a leadership role within the Client Service team where you'll manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, handle budgets and financial administration, and maintain direct client relationships. You'll report on campaign performance, identify process improvements, and mentor Project Managers on your team while championing the organization's vision across projects.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of project management experience, ideally with 3+ years in an agency setting and at least 2 years managing a team. You'll need strong digital marketing knowledge, proficiency with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com, and comfort with financial management including SOWs, WIP tracking, and revenue forecasting. Proven ability to juggle competing priorities, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and lead under pressure is essential. A background in marketing, communications, or business administration is preferred, along with familiarity with methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.

This role suits an experienced project leader ready to work in-office in Cape Town and comfortable operating within a global, connected organization. You should be open to integrating AI workflows into campaign delivery and driven by both client outcomes and team development. If you thrive managing complexity across multiple disciplines while maintaining financial discipline and building strong client partnerships, this opportunity aligns with your experience.
