Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

About this role
Ogilvy Social.Lab's Cape Town office is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to lead creative work across a globally connected team serving clients in over 20 countries. You'd own both the design execution and the people side—mentoring junior designers, directing creative vision across teams, and delivering polished work across digital, print, and motion. The role demands someone who can juggle multiple client accounts without dropping the ball, stay sharp on emerging design trends and AI tools, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters as much as big-picture thinking.
This is a full-time, in-office position in Cape Town suited to designers with at least five years of varied client experience and strong Adobe Creative Suite skills. You'll need a portfolio demonstrating both digital and print work, ideally with some After Effects capability for motion design.
