We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Jacksonville office. This person will work with a strong team of Attorneys and focus on auto liability cases.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and litigate cases both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prepare and respond to discovery.
- Draft briefs and motions.
- Work in the office 3-4 days a week to foster collaboration and learning among team members.
- Engage in trial preparation and potentially attend trials alongside senior attorneys.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil law.
- Strong writing skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to office culture and collaboration.
