About this role
DataVolt is seeking an IBMS Manager to lead the technical design of integrated building management solutions for their data center operations across multiple global locations. This role sits at the intersection of building systems and data center infrastructure, requiring you to architect comprehensive solutions that combine building management systems, fire and life safety, automation, access control, and security into cohesive packages tailored to data center environments.
You'll need at least eight years of hands-on experience designing and implementing integrated BMS solutions, with particular depth in data center applications. The position calls for strong technical grounding across SCADA systems, fire protection and detection, access control architecture, and building monitoring platforms—and critically, the ability to integrate these disparate systems into reliable, scalable solutions. A bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering (or related field) forms the baseline qualification.
This is an in-office role based in Mumbai, suited to someone with proven track record translating complex technical requirements into practical design solutions for mission-critical facilities. If your background spans data center infrastructure, building automation, and systems integration, this offers the chance to shape technical strategy for a company operating across five continents.
