Description

Who We Are

For too long, the bra industry was stuck in outdated ideas, forcing women to choose between feeling sexy or comfortable. So in 2013, Heidi Zak and Ra’el Cohen created Thirdlove–a third, better option designed to help women look and feel their best.

Prioritizing real-world fit over outdated standards, Thirdlove disrupted the industry by inventing half-cup sizes and the Fitting Room® quiz. The result was a more precise fit that offered comfort without sacrificing style. Today, Thirdlove remains an innovative design-led brand, handling everything from R&D to the supply chain in-house to get every detail just right.

About this role

ThirdLove is opening a new boutique in Atlanta's Lenox Square, and they're looking for a Store Manager to lead the launch and build the team from the ground up. You'd own the full store operation—recruiting and mentoring staff, driving sales through client engagement and in-store activations, managing inventory and visual merchandising, and maintaining the operational standards that reflect the brand's design-led approach. The role requires hands-on leadership, from floor presence and customer service to scheduling, payroll management, and supporting potential future openings in the Bay Area.

This position suits someone with at least two years of direct management experience and three-plus years in retail or customer service, ideally in a similar category. You'll need to be comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be able to handle the physical demands of retail—standing for extended periods, using a ladder, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Familiarity with Shopify, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus, though not required.

The role pays $72,000 to $75,000 annually and includes paid time off, discounted and free products, and the chance to work within a company that's been certified as a Great Place to Work for four consecutive years. ThirdLove operates as an inclusive, collaborative, and data-driven organization that handles design and supply chain in-house, so you'd be part of a team genuinely invested in product quality and brand values.
