Fennies Day Nurseries is hiring Early Years Educators in Richmond for a role that requires no prior nursery experience—just genuine interest in working with young children and a willingness to learn on the job. You'll support an experienced team in creating safe, engaging environments where children play, explore and develop, helping with activities, routines and the everyday moments that build confidence and curiosity. The work is hands-on and varied; no two days are quite the same.

The position suits people transitioning into childcare from other care backgrounds (teaching assistant, nanny, babysitter roles) or those simply seeking a meaningful career change into education.
The package includes a salary up to £27,262 plus potential £1,000 bonus, childcare discount, and genuine flexibility—choose between 4 or 5-day weeks. You'll receive 20 days annual leave (increasing with service), free meals, wellbeing support through BUPA, and a range of company events and recognition schemes.
