Description

Backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, Peregrine helps public safety organizations, state and local and governments, federal agencies, and private-sector institutions address society’s challenges with unprecedented speed and accuracy. Our AI-enabled platform turns siloed and disconnected data into operational intelligence — instantly surfacing mission-critical information to empower better, faster decisions that improve outcomes at every touchpoint. Today Peregrine supports hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, serving more than 125 million people — and we’re amplifying our impact as we expand into the enterprise and internationally.

The Role

Peregrine is looking for a GTM Systems Analyst to support and maintain the systems architecture behind our growing go-to-market organization. You'll be a hands-on partner to 200+ users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery Services, and Finance. As the front-line owner of day-to-day requests across Salesforce and connected tools, you'll troubleshoot issues, manage access, execute enhancements, and escalate complex or cross-functional work to Revenue Operations.

This role blends responsive support with structured execution against Peregrine's longer-term GTM systems roadmap - contributing to projects through a sprint-based workflow, running recurring data-governance work, and spotting opportunities for automation, documentation, training, and self-service. You'll thrive here if you enjoy solving problems, can balance urgent needs with planned work, and want to deepen your Salesforce and GTM systems expertise in a complex, evolving environment.

What You Will Do

  • You respond to team needs, take timely action to support business outcomes, and collaborate constructively with teammates.
  • You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and know when to involve a more senior teammate.
  • You can triage competing requests, assess urgency and business impact, and stay organized in a fast-changing environment.
  • You troubleshoot day-to-day issues and distinguish between a systems issue, a need for user guidance, and a broader process improvement.
  • You are comfortable balancing quick-turn support with larger projects that may take weeks or months to complete.
  • You ask why behind requirements, seek feedback, and apply lessons from one request or project to the next.
  • You are developing an understanding of how GTM teams operate and why thoughtful change management matters, even for small system or workflow updates.
  • You handle sensitive business information and customer contracts carefully and maintain appropriate discretion.

What We Look For

  • Salesforce Administrator certification, active progress toward one, or equivalent experience with a strong grasp of Salesforce fundamentals
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional environment - roughly one year may suffice if certified; without certification, deeper practical experience and the ability to speak to what you've built and supported
  • Comfortable triaging competing requests, distinguishing a systems issue from a need for user guidance vs. a broader process gap, and staying organized in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience supporting or executing parts of GTM planning or systems-change cycles, with the ability to follow a project plan and hit deadlines
  • Familiarity with agile/sprint-based workflows and tools like Asana
  • Growing familiarity with the broader GTM tech stack, including AI and enrichment tools - Salesloft/Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, Fullcast, Clay, or similar is a plus
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to turn business needs into clear systems requirements
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and low-ego, with a clear bias for action toward team outcomes
  • Sound judgment, integrity, and discretion with sensitive business information and customer contracts
  • Nice to have: GovTech, public-sector sales, or complex-sales-cycle SaaS experience; Salesforce CPQ, quoting workflows, case management, or other customer-facing experience

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

About this role

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a GTM Systems Analyst to own the day-to-day operations of Salesforce and connected tools for a 200-person go-to-market organization. You'll be the first responder for support requests across Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery Services, and Finance—troubleshooting issues, managing access, executing enhancements, and knowing when to escalate to Revenue Operations. The role balances reactive support with planned work: you'll handle urgent requests while also contributing to sprint-based projects, running data-governance tasks, and identifying opportunities for automation and self-service improvements.

This role suits someone with solid Salesforce administration credentials (certification preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience) who can triage competing priorities, distinguish between a systems problem and a user-training need, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You should be comfortable in agile workflows, have some exposure to the broader GTM tech stack (Salesloft, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, and similar tools), and bring a service-oriented mindset with sound judgment around sensitive business information. Prior experience supporting GTM planning cycles or systems-change projects is expected.

The position is based in San Francisco and requires in-office work. Salary ranges from $114,000 to $144,000, with benefits and equity. Prior experience in GovTech, public-sector sales, or complex SaaS environments is a plus but not required.
