What your shift will look like:
- Using an RF scanner, identify and pull items to build customer orders
- Frequently move boxes weighing up to 65 pounds throughout the fulfillment center
- Operate a hand truck, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack to move inventory across the fulfillment center
- Occasionally ascend a platform ladder to pull customer items
- Assemble customer packages
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and inspecting items
- Assist with the loading and unloading of merchandise and non-inventory in and out of delivery vehicles, trucks, and vans
- Perform all tasks as assigned
- Must be able to read, write, & understand/speak English
$16.50/hr paid weekly Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday 7am-3:30pm

About this role
Odeko's Louisville fulfillment center is looking for a Warehouse Associate to support the company's operations serving independent food businesses across the country. The role centers on order fulfillment—using RF scanners to pick items, assembling packages, and managing inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll spend your shift moving boxes up to 65 pounds, operating material handling equipment like pallet jacks, and occasionally climbing ladders to retrieve stock. The position also involves loading and unloading delivery vehicles and assisting with inventory counts and inspections as needed.
This is a full-time, in-office role working Tuesday through Saturday, 7am to 3:30pm, at $16.50 per hour paid weekly. The job requires reliable transportation to the Louisville location and fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). You should be comfortable with physical demands and repetitive movement throughout a shift.
