About this role
Remodel Health is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own the narrative around its ICHRA platform—a shift away from traditional group health insurance toward individualized employee benefits. You'd sit at the intersection of product, sales, customer success, and marketing, translating how the company's innovation solves real employer problems into messaging, positioning, and launch strategies that resonate across both internal teams and the market. This means diving into competitive intelligence and customer insights, then packaging those into sales battlecards, positioning documents, and launch materials that actually move the needle.
The role demands someone with 5+ years in product marketing or product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, who has shipped products across functions and can distill complex healthcare or benefits concepts into clear, differentiated stories. You'll need strong project management instincts, comfort with data, and the ability to work fluidly with executives, product teams, and sales—essentially acting as the connective tissue holding multiple teams aligned. Healthcare or HR tech experience is preferred but not required if you bring the core skill set.
The position is based in downtown Indianapolis, in-office four days weekly with Fridays remote. Remodel Health offers standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, paid time off, 401(k) matching, and a sabbatical program after five years.
