Packard Culligan Water is seeking a customer service representative to work onsite at their Baxter location, handling the full range of interactions that keep a water treatment dealership running. You'd manage customer communications about products and services, troubleshoot water quality concerns, process payments and collections, and coordinate delivery and service scheduling. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and comfort with Microsoft Office and data entry—essentially, you'd be the operational backbone connecting customers with the company's water treatment solutions.

You'll work a consistent Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM schedule, which allows for genuine work-life balance.
