The Work:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer – Microsoft Power Platform to lead the design, architecture, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise in application architecture, workflow automation, solution design, and governance. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and development teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that improve business processes and accelerate digital transformation. Here’s what you need:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
8–12+ years of enterprise application development experience.
6+ years of hands-on Power Platform development.
Experience leading enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations. Required Technical Skills Microsoft Power Platform

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. About this role

Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Lead Developer to own the full lifecycle of Power Platform solutions serving federal government clients—from initial architecture through enterprise-scale implementation. You'd lead design and development of business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related tools, working across the Microsoft ecosystem to solve complex workflow and process automation challenges. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you partner with stakeholders and development teams to build secure, maintainable solutions that drive digital transformation across defense, national security, and civilian agencies.

The position requires 8–12+ years in enterprise application development with at least 6 years specifically in Power Platform work. You should have demonstrated experience architecting and delivering large Power Platform implementations, with strong technical command of Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, cloud and desktop automation, Power Pages, and DevOps practices. Experience in Power Platform administration, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and solution packaging is valued. This is a full-time, in-office role in Washington, DC, and requires U.S. Person eligibility. The salary range is $116,900–$243,100 depending on location, experience, and skill level.
